Oh my goodness! I feel like I cannot do justice to my amazing experience! Leah was knowledgable, funny and positive! I went in without knowing what I really wanted and she was able to give me the perfect cut and color! She is truly a balayage QUEEN! And to top if off her products were top quality, sulfate free and even vegan! Love this place, will definitely be back!
Salon 1150 is a hidden gem, tucked away near the downtown Trader Joe's location.
Parking is in a garage, and instructions will be given to you before you arrive.
It is a small salon, owned by Leah Webb. The two other stylists are Alphonso Hernandez (great colorist) and John Kolar, my stylist, who has been cutting my hair for 7 or 8 years.
Even off of the busy street, it is quiet. They do have a line of products that they can recommend for your specific hair type.

I love my hair!! Leah Webb is so incredibly talented and transformed my boring dark brown hair into a beautiful sun kissed butterscotch brunette balayage. My hair is challenging- wavy, coarse, and every hairstylists nightmare- box dyed. Yet I left with gorgeous color that suits my skin tone, and soft shiny hair. So so happy, highly recommended Salon 1150!!
What a great salon! The location is prime. Parking is easy. The atmosphere & aesthetic of the entire salon is so chic, comfortable and luxurious all at the same time. Leah is an absolute hair GODDESS and not to mention is genuine, nice and personable. Throughout the entire process she was checking on me, making sure I was comfortable & okay plus bringing me water/snacks, She transformed my hair in just a matter of time. I highly highly recommend booking!
Alphonso has it! That it you look for when you want a great stylist that just loves what he does and does it well! He has cut my hair twice so far and I've loved the results. I'll be back for sure.
